Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your RØDE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, mounts, and accessories, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is visible.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians receive and inspect your device, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
